1. Shipping Areas & Costs

Pan-India Delivery: We proudly ship to pet parents all over India.
Free Shipping: To keep things simple and transparent, shipping is included in the price of your item. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout!

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we carefully pack and hand it over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery: We partner with Delhivery, one of India's leading logistics networks, to ship your packages. While exact delivery timelines depend on your location (metro cities are usually faster than remote areas), most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos or a short unboxing video of the damaged packaging and product.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it has been stalled in transit for an unusual amount of time, please notify us.
How to Claim: To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and your satisfactory proof (photos/videos). Once verified, we will process your refund immediately.
